Qualifications

• Count good parts, rejected parts and parts that require reworking
• Identify and report machine downtime
• Insert materials into/remove from systems
• Apply 5S methodology at the workstation
• Clean and inspect per plans
• Perform machining steps per work plan
• Verify parts, time, downtime and deviations in ERP
• Submit material requests and posting in ERP
• Pack and label produced parts to specifications
• Carry out defined quality checks
• Use one or multiple systems as required
• Start/restart systems per documentation
• Fix temporary machine interruptions
• Escalate technical problems per escalation matrix
• Carry out setup process
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Conduct defined quality checks.
• Use individual systems and/or implement multi-system operation.
• Start/restart systems as per documentation or specifications.
• Fix temporary machine interruptions.
• Escalate technical problems as needed.
• Carry out set-up processes.
• Perform other assigned duties.
