Responsibilities

• Count good parts, rejected parts, and parts that require reworking.
• Identify and report any machine downtime.
• Insert material into/removing them from the systems.
• Ensure the use of the 5S methodology at the workstation.
• Work through cleaning and inspection plans.
• Perform the machining steps set out in the work plan.
• Confirm the status of parts and document deviations in ERP.
• Execute material requests and consumption postings in ERP.
• Pack and label produced parts per specifications.
• Conduct defined quality checks.
• Use individual systems and/or implement multi-system operation.
• Start/restart systems as per documentation or specifications.
• Fix temporary machine interruptions.
• Escalate technical problems as needed.
• Carry out set-up processes.
• Perform other assigned duties.
