Job summary

Jefferson Industries Corporation is seeking Die Maintenance Technicians for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:00 pm–6:30 am) in West Jefferson, NC. The role focuses on troubleshooting, welding, grinding, and die repair to meet quality, delivery, and safety targets.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, operating presses, and performing machining and fabrication on dies and tooling. A pre-employment drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• Read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with stamping dies maintenance.
• Ability to use precision hand tools safely.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair stamping dies to ensure quality.
• Set up and operate die spotting presses for dies work.
• Operate TIG, MIG welders and grinders to complete tasks.
• Follow safety policies and job procedures precisely.
