Job summary

K+S Services, a SunSource company, is seeking a dedicated liaison to connect the customer and the site operations at a customer site in Pueblo, CO. The role emphasizes relationship building with maintenance, purchasing and engineering to deliver quality service and cost-saving outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing spare parts strategies, order processing, data integrity in the STAMP system, and reporting on key metrics. A 5S approach and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechanical understanding of drawings and machinery is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build relationships with plant personnel to provide quality customer service.
• Set up and execute spare parts strategy with customer, focusing on repairs vs. replacing with new.
• Ship, receive, and expedite orders as needed.
• Manage internal STAMP database, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Process repair order approvals daily.
• Oversee and inventory repairable assets.
• Create reports to measure performance against corporate metrics.
• Establish regular meeting cadence with plant decision makers.
• Work with customers to improve reliability and cost-saving initiatives.
• Apply 5S workplace principles to all work areas.

This position will serve as the primary liaison between K+S Services and the customer on all day-to-day operations. We’re looking for someone with an inquisitive, can-do attitude, excellent social skills, and strong attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and build relationships with key plant personnel from maintenance, purchasing and engineering to provide quality customer service
• Set up and execute spare parts strategy with customer, focusing on repairs vs. replacing with new
• Ship, receive, and expedite orders as needed
• Manage internal "STAMP" database, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Process repair order approvals daily
• Oversee and inventory repairable assets
• Create reports to measure performance against corporate measurables (on-time delivery, cost savings, quality, inventory, warranty, etc.)
• Actively participate in plant-sponsored initiatives, meetings, and activities
• Establish regular meeting cadence with plant decision makers
• Work with the customers to improve their reliability and introduce cost-saving initiatives
• Help solve customer problems and keep industry running!
• Apply 5S workplace principles to all work areas

What We Need from You

• 5+ years of manufacturing and/or maintenance experience is preferred
• Mechanical background and understanding of technical drawings and machinery is a plus
• Strong communication skills - ability to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and position requires a lot of walking
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to quickly grasp customer software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and solution-focused mindset
