The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) seeks a Stakeholder Manager to liaison with the Federal Security Director and key aviation-security stakeholders in Atlanta. This Stakeholder Manager position is located at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (ATL), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to: Serves as the lead liaison for the Federal Security Director (FSD) and various stakeholders concerned with aviation security policy.
Planning, coordinating, and implementing effective strategies to establish and maintain a program to communicate to stakeholders the TSA's policies, programs, and activities. Identifying and responding to stakeholders' questions, problems, and concerns. Working closely with leadership to develop and implement stakeholder information policies and programs.
Analyzing TSA's communication needs and recommending programs and technologies needed to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Interfacing with security policy stakeholders to gain a full perspective on all aspects of the innovations and "lessons learned" to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of aviation security policies. Providing technical and administrative direction to the staff.
