Job summary

Calculated Hire is seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Manager to support strategic outreach for large-scale transmission projects across Florida. The role is hybrid with travel approximately two days per week and requires collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in infrastructure or utilities and strong communication and relationship-building skills to advocate for community interests and address concerns while supporting

Qualifications

• Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, gas, or related industries.
• Stakeholder/public engagement experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic engagement plans for complex transmission projects
• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support public outreach and advocate for community interests
• Develop external communications strategies
• Proactively address potential opposition to transmission projects
• Identify solutions to stakeholder concerns that align with overall project goals
• Use strong MSO skills to support project execution
