Job summary

Bio Fab Technologies, headquartered in Pleasant Prairie, WI, seeks a General Laborer to support fabrication, assembly, finishing, and packaging of custom stainless-steel products. You will work with welders, fabricators, polishers, and shipping staff to ensure orders are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic tool skills, and a teamwork mindset for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Forklift/machine experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic written instructions.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools after training; strong attendance.
• Team orientation in a fast-paced custom manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist welding, fabrication, polishing, assembly, and shop activities.
• Prepare stainless steel materials by cleaning, deburring, and staging parts.
• Move and stage raw materials, WIP, and finished products safely.
• Assist with assembling tanks, vessels, skids, piping, frames, or equipment.
• Support testing, passivation, cleaning, and inspection prep.
• Pack, crate, and ship products domestically or internationally.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Report hazards, quality concerns, and equipment issues promptly.
