Job summary

Nationwide Fab in Northglenn, CO is hiring a Metal Polisher I for first shift to refine and buff metal pieces to a superior finish. You will use polishing equipment, remove weld imperfections, and ensure parts meet strict quality standards in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to read instructions, and willingness to learn. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; on-site work with PPE and safety protocols is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to inspect pieces for flaws or cracks to ensure quality.
• Interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule form instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Using machinery and abrasive tools to polish and buff metal pieces to a smooth finish.
• Operating polishing equipment to remove imperfections and meet quality standards.
• Polishing stainless-steel components to a clean, finished appearance.
• Fettling, grinding, deburring, and polishing weld seams.
• Inspecting parts for defects and ensuring consistency with belts and machines.
