Jerico Metal Specialties, LLC in Bloomington, IN is seeking a skilled Metal Polisher to finish and refine stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. You will polish, grind, and prepare surfaces for final finishing while supporting shop tasks.

This role may include on-site field installation support and travel to job sites as needed; you will work with a safety-conscious team to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Competenze

• Experience in metal polishing, grinding, or related fabrication work.
• Comfortable working with hand tools, grinders, cutting wheels, and other finishing tools.
• Familiarity with construction trades, practices, and safe work habits.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in the industry if direct experience is limited.

Mansioni

• Perform polishing, grinding, and finishing on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.
• Use hand tools, grinders, cutting wheels, and other fabrication tools safely and effectively.
• Smooth welded joints and prepare surfaces for final finishing.
• Assist with general labor tasks in the shop as needed.
• Participate in field installation of custom railing systems at job sites.
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy to meet project specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support the shop team in achieving production schedules and quality standards.
