Polaris Pharmacy Services of Northern CA LLC in Livermore, CA is seeking a Staging Technician to prepare finished prescriptions and support light warehouse duties. Responsibilities include scanning orders, staging for delivery, and ensuring accurate and timely packaging for each route.

The role requires good English literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Scan medication orders and stage into dispensing system and totes.
• Monitor workflow and ensure correct movement of products from pharmacy to delivery system.
• Sort and pack orders for delivery with accuracy before sealing totes.
• Prepare refrigerated products for delivery and ensure product stability.
• Create delivery manifests and ancillary paperwork for correct totes.
• Set up empty totes and apply new delivery barcode labels for next route.
• Support STAT and emergency drug kit deliveries as needed and track expiration.

We offer more than just a job — we provide competitive pay, robust benefits, and genuine opportunities for career advancement.If you're passionate about shaping the future of pharmacy and making a difference in the lives of those who need it most, we invite you to grow with us.Job Summary:The Staging Technician is responsible for preparing the finished prescriptions as well as other light warehouse duties.Duties/Responsibilities:Ensure all medication orders are scanned to tote in dispensing system and staged correctly for each delivery routeMonitor workflow and ensure consistent product movement from pharmacy to delivery dispensing systemEnsure all medication orders are neatly sorted and packed within delivery totesPreparation of refrigerated product going out for delivery to ensure product stabilityPrepare and stage delivery manifests and ancillary paperwork to correct delivery totesAccuracy review of delivery totes and medications to ensure completeness prior to sealing totes for handing to delivery personnelPrepare for next delivery route by setting up empty delivery totes and new delivery barcode labels appliedPreparation of STAT deliveries for timely departure with interaction with delivery personnelSorting returned signed delivery manifests and scanning into document imaging systemAssist in preparation of emergency drug kit deliveries including tracking and expiration monitoringAbility to perform tasks under pressure and within a deadline driven environmentFlexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysOther duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needsQUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
