LayerZero Power Systems LLC. is seeking a Staging Operator for the 2nd shift at our Aurora, Ohio facility.

The role focuses on coordinating and preparing materials for production, following 3D models, and using basic hand tools to assemble parts and stage items for final packaging. Candidates should have basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in staging, material handling or warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic computer skills (browser, email) are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follow 3D model to install final parts on power cabinets.
• Use standard hand tools to complete tasks.
• Sort and stage material for final packaging.
• Assemble wood pallets as required.
• Verify materials against provided specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep staging area clean and organized.
• Assist in other material handling and inventory tasks as needed.
• Stand for extended periods and may bend, squat, kneel, or climb a stepladder.

Position Description:

Staging Operator- 2nd ShiftThe Staging Operator at LayerZero Power Systems LLC. will be responsible for coordinating and preparing materials and components for production while ensuring they are properly organized and ready for uses strong organizational skills, pays close attention to detail, and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Duties:

• Follow 3D model to install final parts (i.e. cover panels, labels, etc.) on power cabinets
• Use standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.) to complete tasks assigned
• Sort and stage material to be used at final packaging station
• Assemble wood pallets as required
• Verify the accuracy of the materials and components received by comparing them to the specifications provided
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to appropriate personnel
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean and organized staging area
• Assists in other tasks related to material handling and inventory control as needed
• Standing for extended periods of time also will be bending, squatting, kneeling, or climbing a stepladder

Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in staging, material handling, or warehouse operations preferred
• Basic knowledge of standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (i.e. web browser, email)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and types of materials/components
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination

Education:

High school diploma or GED required, technical or trade school preferred.
