Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems LLC. is seeking a Mechanical Assembler-2nd Shift to assemble fabricated and electrical components for our power distribution systems, joining a team delivering reliable power for mission‑critical environments.

This on-site role requires reading assembly drawings and 3D models, using hand tools and wire crimpers, installing cables, and verifying parts meet quality standards. A high school diploma or GED is required; technical or trade training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read assembly drawings and follow directions.
• Experience using basic hand tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to assemble components and subassemblies to blueprint specs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret 3D models to understand assembly processes.
• Use basic hand tools to assemble cabinet components and subassemblies.
• Install flexibar and power cables as required by product design.
• Understand torque drawings and apply them properly.
• Inspect parts and assemblies to meet quality standards.
• Report quality issues to supervisors and leads.
• Document communications with supervision as required.
• Be dynamic as work content evolves.
