Responsibilities

• Inspect cooler and freezer conditions at shift start and during the day.
• Sign-in/out truck drivers and relay instructions.
• Verify Bill of Lading vs Certificate of Analysis before receiving; validate lot numbers on all combos.
• Enter shipping information in SAP and GSQA websites.
• Manage inbound/outbound scheduling and paperwork.
• Perform weekly cycle counts of finished goods and packaging materials.
• Rotate employee job assignments and ensure forklift inspections are completed daily.
