Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Manufacturing Utility teammate in Indiana to stage parts, boxes, racks, and dunnage. You will sign off on staged material with a team leader and keep the staging area organized, ensuring efficient flow to production.

Eligible candidates should be able to operate forklifts, lift 25–50 lbs, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Some overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED is not strictly required.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• LCI Forklift License required (offered after hiring).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift confidently, efficiently and safely.
• Meet a minimum lifting requirement of 25–50 lbs.
• Work as part of a team and collaborate with others.
• Switch between tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of staging areas in the warehouse and plants.
• Keep and update the material delivery log and organize the staging area.
