Lippert is seeking a team-oriented material handler to move raw and finished materials through production at our Goshen, IN facility. You will operate a forklift, manage material receipts, and support production lines to ensure timely chassis flow.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accurate documentation while maintaining a clean work environment and collaborating with teammates to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and process work orders and receipts.
• Must adhere to safety rules and policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials through production areas.
• Move chassis through production areas and to holding/ coating areas.
• Maintain exterior yard and assist in repairs as needed.
• Coordinate paperwork at material receipt and assist with loading/unloading.
