Job summary

Dolly Parton’s Stampede in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking individuals to join our tech stage crew and production team. You may help backstage, control lights and sound, or participate in on-stage activities and guest participation events.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, enjoy entertaining guests, and are comfortable around large crowds. Some horseback riding experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and have a passion to entertain others.
• Ambitious with a desire to grow into a fulfilling career of performance.
• Able to connect with people one-on-one and through crowd engagement.
• Interested in theatre and entertainment.
• Comfortable with large crowds and/or being on stage.
• Horseback riding experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with different barn animals off stage and during live shows.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and run in sand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Join the cast and support production, backstage or on stage.
• Control lights and sound as needed for performances.
• Dance to a Dolly soundtrack and participate in guest engagement activities.
• Ride a horse through competitions as part of the show.
• Receive on-the-job training and support from the team.
