Boulder Valley School District's Boulder High is seeking a Stage Tech Assistant for the upcoming school year, with an immediate start.

You will direct the activity and coordinate a program that allows students to develop their interests in the musical or play, reporting to the athletic director and building principal. This position supports after-school activities and requires strong organizational and leadership skills.

Salary Range: $1,604.00 - $2,117.00

Summary:

Directs the activity and coordinates a program which allows students to develop their interests. The Activity Sponsor for the program reports to the athletic director and building principal.

Responsibilities:

Leadership is to be provided in the following areas:

• Organization and supervision of the Musical, or Play.
• Setting directions and expectations for the Musical, or Play.
• Monitoring eligibility and academic progress for the Musical, or Play.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must be 21 years of age, or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Complete and submitted BVSD online application
• Communicate (read, write, and speak) in English

Preferred:

• Must be available after school,evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of all aspects of senior high school activity programming..
• Proven leadership qualities and successful experience in working with high school students.

Salary Information:

Salary Placement varies according to experience and education.

*Pay range listed above is for employees newly hired to BVSD or current BVSD employees that are new to the employee group (existing employees currently in this unit please refer to the pay range on the appropriate salary schedule)
