Southeast Restoration Group is seeking a proactive Recruiting Specialist to partner with managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and manage full-cycle recruitment across field, trades, and professional roles.

You’ll help shape hiring strategies, participate in community outreach, and ensure a welcoming, values-driven experience for every candidate. This role emphasizes service and relationship-building within SRG’s mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience (construction, restoration, or trades industry preferred).
• Comfortable with high-volume hiring for field and skilled trades as well as professional roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with candidates, schools and community partners.
• Passion for serving others and aligning talent with purpose-driven work.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Job Description Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Recruiting Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you’ll help build the future of SRG by identifying, attracting, and selecting top-quality team members who align with our mission and values. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers across the organization, design effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive experience for every candidate.

Recruiting

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process - sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordinating offers
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
• Represent SRG at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities
• Ensure every candidate experiences a professional, welcoming, and values-driven hiring process
• Maintain organized candidate records and recruiting data, track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, conversion rates), and provide leadership with regular reports and recommendations for process improvement.

HR Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to the Director of HR on projects and day-to-day operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and communication
• 2–4 years of recruiting experience (construction, restoration, or trades industry preferred)
• Comfortable with high-volume hiring for field and skilled trade roles, as well as professional positions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, schools, and community partners
• Passion for serving others and aligning talent with purpose-driven work
