Southeast Restoration Group (SRG) is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our values-driven team in Canton, Georgia. You will partner with hiring managers to craft effective recruiting strategies, build candidate pipelines, and manage the full-cycle process from sourcing to offers.

We value strong communication and relationship-building with candidates, schools, and community partners, while maintaining organized records and data.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience (construction, restoration, or trades industry preferred).
• Comfortable with high-volume hiring for field and skilled trade roles, as well as professional positions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, schools, and community partners.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in using systems to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Passion for serving others and aligning talent with purpose-driven work.
• Alignment with SRG’s faith-based mission and values.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, screening questions, and postings that reflect SRG’s mission and values.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process - sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordinating offers.
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Represent SRG at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities.
• Ensure every candidate experiences a professional, welcoming, and values-driven hiring process.
• Maintain organized candidate records and recruiting data, track key hiring metrics, and provide leadership with regular reports and recommendations for process improvement.
• Assist with compliance tracking, background checks, and reference verification.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of HR on projects and day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and communication.

In this vital role, you’ll help build the future of SRG by identifying, attracting, and selecting top-quality team members who align with our mission and values. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers across the organization, design effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive experience for every candidate.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

Recruiting

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies
