Southeast Restoration Group in Georgia is seeking a motivated Construction Site Manager to support our production team in managing field repair projects. You will ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and meet quality standards while maintaining clear communication with customers, project managers, and trade partners.

Responsibilities focus on accurate progress updates, scope documentation, site oversight, collaboration with trade partners, and mastering our business systems to improve

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year construction experience; construction management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to understand and manage repair scopes and documentation.
• Comfort and confidence using various technology platforms and business systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate updates to customers, project managers, and trade partners regarding job progress and task completion.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the contracted repair scope, document changes thoroughly, and assist in ensuring projects meet expectations.
• Oversee job sites to ensure work aligns with scope and company quality standards.
• Partner with production management to cultivate and strengthen relationships with trade partners, ensuring quality control and timely invoice approval.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in company business systems to streamline workflows and improve documentation.
