Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a Stage Manager to coordinate on-stage and loading dock operations for concerts and events. You will serve as the central point of communication between the Venue Production Manager, touring teams, clients, and rental vendors, ensuring technical and logistical execution aligns for smooth shows.

The role requires at least 3 years of tour/stage production experience, familiarity with stage lighting and pro audio, and proven leadership of a 5+ person crew.

Qualifications

  • 3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience.
  • Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing a team of 5+ individuals.
  • Computer literate in Windows applications.
  • Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate event details to the venue production crew and all relevant in-house departments.
  • Manage members of the Venue production team and stagehands.
  • Ensure tours and clients have required items from venue needed to execute show(s).
  • Supervise the load-in and load-out of band and rental equipment.
  • Document accidents, incidents, and disciplinary issues for the production crew and report actions back to the Production Manager.
  • Production Manager may have Stage Manager execute settlements per contract with artists post show.
  • Ensure all in-house policies are enforced regarding staging, safety and show protocol.
