Job summary

Live Nation Concerts is seeking a Production Assistant to support talent and show production with errands and on-site tasks. You will coordinate food and beverage delivery to artists, retrieve equipment and paperwork, and keep backstage areas clean and organized.

The role requires the ability to work late hours, a valid driver’s license with a strong driving record, and knowledge of touring or stage production operations. A flexible schedule and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a properly working automobile and provide proof of insurance.
• Must have an exceptional driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent.
• Retrieve and deliver equipment, paperwork, etc.
• Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter.
• Assist with show passes and guest list distribution.
• Assist Green Room Server with artist needs.
• Perform opening/running/closing side duties per policy.
