Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Stage Manager to coordinate all on-stage and loading dock operations for concerts and events. You will be the central liaison between the Venue Production Manager, touring teams, clients, and rental vendors to ensure smooth execution and on-time performances.

The role requires 3+ years in tour/stage production, experience with lighting, pro audio, and basic video, and the ability to lead a team of 5+ while juggling multiple priorities in a demanding live

• Oversee stage activity, ensure smooth load-in/load-out and on-time performances.
• Communicate event details to venue production crew and in-house departments.

THE JOB

The Stage Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing all on-stage and loading dock operations from pre-show preparations to day-of-show execution for concerts and events. This role serves as the central point of communication between the Venue Production Manager, touring, client, and/or rental vendor team ensuring that technical and logistical execution aligns. The Stage manager oversees all stage activity and ensures smooth load-in/outs, efficient communication, and on-time performances.

What This Role Will Do

• Responsible for communicating the details of the event to the venue production crew and all relevant in-house departments.


• Manages members of the Venue production team and stagehands.


• Ensures that the tour(s) and client(s) have required items from venue needed to execute show(s)and event(s).


• Supervises the load-in and load out of band and rental equipment


• Responsible for documenting accident, incident, and disciplinary issues for the production crew and reports actions back to Production Manager


• Production Manager may have Stage Manager execute settlements per contract with artists post show


• Ensure all in-house policies are enforced regarding staging, safety and show protocol

What This Person Will Bring
