Job summary

TCCHE is seeking an experienced Stage Manager to join our event team for Mei-lan & Ali - Live in Seattle, at Town Hall Seattle on Saturday, October 3, 2026. You will oversee stage activity, coordinate with artists, touring team, venue, and production to ensure a smooth show.

The role requires managing soundcheck, rehearsals, artist calls, timing, cueing, and backstage operations, keeping everyone informed of changes, and maintaining a calm, professional environment during the performance.

Qualifications

• Professional Stage Management experience in live music, concerts, theatre, touring productions or similar live events.
• Experience working directly with artists, musicians and technical crews.
• Strong understanding of live production and backstage operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing the stage throughout soundcheck, rehearsals and the live performance.
• Coordinate with Event Manager, venue techs, and artist touring team.
• Ensure stage is prepared for soundcheck and performance.
• Coordinate artist and musician calls to stage.
• Maintain show running order and communicate changes to teams.
• Cue artists and other personnel as required.
• Keep backstage and stage access organized during the event.
• Resolve practical stage issues quickly during soundcheck and performance.
• Maintain a calm, professional backstage environment.
