The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced live event environment, possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, and has live production experience in sports or entertainment.

Qualifications

• Live production experience, preferably in professional or collegiate sports.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Entertainment/pop culture savvy; sports knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in final preparation and compilation of game day folders (scripts, maps, waivers).
• Prepare game day props, oversee back of house spaces and dressing room signs.
• Attend and assist production meetings with game operations and interactive staff.
• Act as assistant Stage Manager during Knicks home games (in-arena promotions, contests, live shots).
• Participate in game day special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Facilitate special guest needs (Anthem Singers, Color Guard, entertainment acts).
• Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members per appearance guidelines.
