Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Light Technician to program, safely operate, and maintain lighting, show control, and haze/fog systems across entertainment venues during various events and productions.

The role emphasizes hands-on programming and operation of live lighting, with collaboration among technicians and performing artists to ensure high-quality shows and reliable system performance.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required.
• Bachelors or Associates in Technical Theater, Sound, Lights, A/V preferred.
• Background in stage, technical theater and production preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with hands-on programming and operation of live performance lighting, and maintenance of fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate lighting, show control and haze/fog systems for entertainment venues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conventional and intelligent lighting fixtures.
• Collaborate with cast and technicians to support performances.
