Job summary

The Seven Seas Group is seeking a Lighting Technician to manage lighting programming and operation for various onboard events on leading cruise liners. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in live performance lighting and familiarity with WHOLE HOG consoles and Martin Intelligent Lights.

This role involves maintaining various lighting systems and ensuring a successful operation during shows. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience with hands-on programming and operation of live performance lighting.
• Must have experience with WHOLE HOG 2 or 3 lighting console.
• Maintenance and repair experience, preferably with WHOLE HOG and Martin Intelligent Lights.

Job Description

The Lighting Technician is responsible for the programming, operation and maintenance of the lighting, show control and fog/haze systems in certain entertainment venues aboard the ship for a variety of events and activities.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience with hands‑on programming and operation of live performance lighting
• Must have experience with the WHOLE HOG 2 or 3 lighting consul. The Hog PC is a computer with playback and programming wing. This is good to have, but not the same.
• Must have experience with Martin Intelligent Lights – especially MAC series.
• Maintenance and repair experience preferrably with both the WHOLE HOG and the Martin Intelligent Lights
