Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc seeks a Backstage & Automation Trainer to design, deliver, and continually refine specialized Entertainment Technical training across backstage and automation curricula aboard Carnival ships. This role works with management to set objectives, develops tiered curricula, and creates hands-on exercises, handouts, tests, and performance records.

You will lecture on safety and operations, supervise exams, manage training assets and inventories, coordinate with production

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering staged training programs.
• Ability to evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Strong collaboration with production and safety teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver backstage and automation curricula.
• Lecture on safety, installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Administer exams and track trainee progress.
• Coordinate with shipside teams and casting for staffing.
