Job summary

Marrakech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Workforce Management professional to lead staffing strategies, overtime oversight, and scheduling optimization across the agency.

You will partner with managers and executive teams to improve operational efficiency and ensure quality care while driving data‑driven decisions. The role emphasizes recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development, with Dayforce Scheduling as a key internal tool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years in staffing coordination, scheduling, or workforce management.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent experience: high school diploma with five years in related work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing patterns, overtime utilization, and scheduling practices.
• Partner with managers to address staffing concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze workforce trends and recommend strategies to reduce overtime expenses.
• Develop and monitor overtime thresholds and staffing performance metrics.
• Oversee coverage for vacancies, leaves, call-outs, and emergency staffing.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.
• Serve as internal expert on the Dayforce Scheduling Module.
• Provide training on scheduling best practices and workforce management tools.
• Generate staffing, overtime, and utilization reports for leadership.
