Responsibilities include handling orders, dispatching workers via JobStack, and maintaining branch operations. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential, with flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Prior staffing industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and sales generation with the Territory Manager.
• Recruit, onboard, and place associates ensuring a good match for assignments.
• Take inbound orders and process them; perform high-volume outbound calls.
• Dispatch associates to open jobs using JobStack and ensure qualification alignment.
• Maintain branch orderliness and handle payroll timely and accurately.
• Respond promptly to customer and associate inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring satisfaction.
