Responsibilities

• Input schedule requests, perform edits and release schedules weekly in line with state and company requirements.
• Balance scheduled hours to reduce expense exposure.
• Open and balance positions weekly; run and analyze weekly reports to support stores.
• Maintain ongoing communication with senior store leadership and business managers.
• Facilitate training on scheduling system and address system concerns.
