Job summary
Golden Key Group is seeking a Staffing Specialist in Reston, Virginia. This role requires expertise in Federal Staffing and experience with the USA Staffing system.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Federal Civilian staffing experience, along with the ability to determine assessment methods, build vacancy announcements, and assess candidate qualifications. Knowledge of Title 5 regulations and a Public Trust Clearance are also essential.

- Ability to work independently and knowledge of laws regarding staffing.
- Experience with Federal reduction in force and workforce reshaping.

- Assess candidate qualifications and issue referral lists.

The Staffing Specialist must demonstrate knowledge in Federal Staffing experience, specifically utilizing USA Staffing system.
Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.

- Experience in applying 5 C.F.R. Part 351.
- DEU - Delegated Examining Unit certification
