PeopleReady, Inc. in Aiea, HI is seeking a Staffing Specialist to support the Territory Manager by recruiting applicants, guiding them through employment, matching workers to open positions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will manage orders, payroll processing, and safety compliance while expanding services across multiple accounts. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Effective people skills to relate to management and employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and associates.
• Navigate multiple operating systems, including our ATS and JobStack.
• Enter inbound orders from new and existing customers into our system.
• Proactively recruit new applicants and match them with customers' open positions.
• Process payroll for our temporary workers in a timely manner.
• Promote a culture of safety by keeping safety and compliance top of mind.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
