Job summary

ArchCare is seeking support staff to maintain and optimize staffing plans across units in New York. The role collaborates with leadership to ensure effective daily staffing aligned with census and acuity, while managing attendance and time-off processes.

The position also serves as a payroll data backup and helps keep licensure certificates current for CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and HHAs. A strong clerical background and high school diploma are required, with college-level education preferred.

Qualifications

• Clerical experience required.
• High School diploma or GED; college level education preferred.
• Experience coordinating staffing or payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a master staffing plan for each unit.
• Collaborates to ensure appropriate daily staffing and unit reallocations as census and acuity change.
• Maintains attendance patterns and processes personal time off.
• Acts as a backup for processing payroll data (staff transfers, wage changes, hours worked).
• Maintains an up-to-date roster of licensure and certificates for CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and HHAs.
