Job summary

Sonic Systems International in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a Staffing & Resource Manager – NDE to plan, staff, schedule, deploy, and optimize field personnel for customer projects. You will partner with operations, recruiting, and leadership to forecast workforce needs and drive staffing strategies that support commitments and growth.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in NDE/NDT operations and workforce planning, with strong leadership and data analysis skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years supporting NDE/NDT operations and certification programs.
• 2+ years of workforce planning, staffing, project coordination, or operations experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or employee management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, schedule, deploy, and utilize field personnel to meet customer projects.
• Forecast workforce needs and align staffing with business goals.
• Serve as primary contact for NDE field personnel on assignments and qualifications.
• Coordinate staffing and deployment based on qualifications, availability, and customer requirements.
• Monitor utilization, productivity, and staffing efficiency metrics.
