Job summary

Sonic Systems International LLC is seeking a Staffing & Resource Manager – NDE to lead planning, staffing, scheduling, deployment, and utilization of NDE field personnel to meet customer projects and business goals. The role partners with Operations, Recruiting, Training, and leadership to forecast workforce needs and drive staffing strategies aligned with commitments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
2+ years supporting NDE/NDT operations and certification programs.
2+ years of workforce planning, staffing, project coordination, or operations experience.
2+ years of leadership or employee management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

Plan, staff, schedule, deploy, and utilize NDE field personnel to support customer projects and business objectives.
Forecast workforce needs and support employee development.
Serve as primary contact for NDE field personnel regarding assignments, mobilization, training, certifications, and performance management.
Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate staffing and deployment based on qualifications, availability, and customer requirements.
Monitor utilization, productivity, and staffing efficiency metrics and report findings.
Support recruiting, hiring events, candidate screening, and employee retention initiatives.
