The role supports top-line performance, branch operations, and business development, with a focus on delivering superior customer service and timely order fulfillment.

The candidate will interview applicants, administer pre-employment tests, ensure paperwork accuracy, and maintain client satisfaction through proactive outreach and quality

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues with urgency.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet 100% on-time order fulfillment.
• Interview applicants in a timely manner and make hiring decisions.
• Administer pre-employment tests and enter results accurately.
• Ensure completion of all pre-employment paperwork and compliance.
