Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Staffing Recruiter to connect job seekers with meaningful work and to support the entire hiring process. You will source, screen, interview, and advise on hiring decisions, building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

The role involves partnering with clients to deliver tailored staffing solutions and supporting weekly payroll processing and records accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and adaptable with strong time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and match candidates to job openings using phone, text, email, social media, and in-person engagement.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Build strong candidate pipelines with creative sourcing strategies.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, background checks, and employment laws.
