Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated recruiters to join our growing skilled trades staffing team. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting: sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews with client companies.

Candidates should be energetic, reliable, and eager to learn. Training is provided; the position involves standard 8‑hour weekday shifts and on-site interactions in the local area.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and in person.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Previous office experience preferred.
• 1 year of employment in an office setting is a plus.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts.
