Job summary

Pro Mechanical Services is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing skilled trades staffing team in Ohio. This role implements full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants and coordinating interviews to connect top talent with leading companies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and in person.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Previous office experience preferred.
• 1 year of office work experience is a plus.
• Able to work Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts.
• Weekly pay.
• Based on experience, $18–$24 per hour.
