Responsibilities

• Supervises staffing office activities, including department plan, staff meetings, shift coverage, payroll and creating/updating schedules.
• Conducts annual performance evaluations for Patient Companions and provides ongoing feedback.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates all Patient Companions.
• Mentors, coaches, develops direct reports to accomplish goals.
