Evette Staffing is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our Dallas, TX area team with a hybrid work setup. You will manage client relationships, place talent, and ensure accurate information flows between recruiters and candidates.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in staffing or healthcare staffing, strong scheduling skills, and solid communication. A veterinary tech background is a plus, with Associate or Bachelor’s degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Motivated, detail‑oriented individual who follows through and completes set goals.
• At least 2 years of staffing and scheduling experience (healthcare background preferred).
• Veterinary technician with 2 years of consistent work history and heavy scheduling experience (plus).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, or Healthcare Administration.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for all new and existing clients.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients.
• Send introductory emails, keep rapport with internal talent, and ensure accurate information from recruiters to place talent in preferred settings.
• Research talent within the region based on travel radius and facility restrictions.
• Troubleshoot conflicts between facilities and talent; advocate for talent when needed.
• Track talent employment requirements and benefits (shift guarantees, pay breakdowns, PTO, CE reimbursement, quarterly bonus eligibility).
• Communicate updates on shift requests and status.
• Request new shifts routinely and maintain staffing spreadsheets for employees, contractors, and recruiters.
• Demonstrate a team‑player attitude and assist with other tasks to achieve goals.

Requirements
