Responsibilities

• Implement treatment and plan of care using sound judgment and critical thinking.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and nursing processes.
• Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures within scope of practice as defined by the Nurse Practice Act in the state of Illinois and comply with agency policies, procedures, and protocols.

Requirements

• Unencumbered license as an LPN in the state of Illinois.
• Certified CPR and a physical within the last year; negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray.
• Valid driver’s license with automobile insurance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ready to work in a variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments.
