Job summary
Notre Dame Health Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee staffing operations and provide clinical support for private duty home care clients in Massachusetts. You will supervise scheduling, coordinate care, and ensure compliance while acting as a liaison among clients, families, caregivers, nursing staff, physicians, and agency leadership.
This full-time role requires MA LPN licensure, CPR, at least 2 years of nursing and healthcare coordination
Qualifications
- Current, active LPN license in Massachusetts.
- CPR certification is required.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience and 2 years in staffing, scheduling, or healthcare coordination.
- Knowledge of home care and MA healthcare regulations; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, EVV systems, and EHRs; valid driver’s license; on-call availability.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of staffing operations and clinical support for private home care clients.
- Serve as liaison among clients, families, caregivers, nursing staff, physicians, and leadership.
- Monitor scheduling, supervise staff, coordinate client care, ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support medication management, wellness oversight, and overall patient-centered care.
