Diversicare is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage hourly team member schedules in a long-term care setting. You will post schedules, coordinate call-ins, and ensure coverage across shifts in a compliant, timely manner.

The role requires attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and collaboration with payroll. Prior LTC staffing experience is valued; LPN is a plus. This on-site position supports our mission and growth in care delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in long-term care preferred.
• Staffing experience and understanding of long-term/hospital operations.
• LPN license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, report, and post schedules of hourly team members.
• Notify appropriate personnel of call-ins and assist with securing coverage.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and notify management of attendance issues.
• Enter and maintain scheduling data using company software programs such as OnShift.
• Obtain daily staffing requests and fill them efficiently.
• Uphold accurate system for tracking staffing over a variety of shifts.
• Coordinate team members to meet the organization’s requirements.
• Monitor overtime accumulation and attendance of team members.
• Work with payroll manager to verify payroll accuracy.
• Process team members vacation requests.
