The role requires strong data entry, payroll collaboration, and attention to detail, with preferred experience in long-term care and a potential LPN credential. This on-site position offers growth within a compassionate healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Staffing experience and understanding of long term/hospital setting operations.
• LPN license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, report, and post schedules of hourly team members.
• Notify appropriate personnel of call-ins and assist with securing coverage.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and notify management of attendance-related issues.
• Accurately enter and maintain scheduling data using company software (OnShift).
• Obtain daily staffing requests and fill them efficiently.
• Uphold accurate system for tracking staffing across shifts.
• Coordinate team members to meet the organization’s requirements.
• Monitor overtime accumulation and attendance.
• Work with payroll manager to verify payroll accuracy.
• Process vacation requests.
