Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, or Mental Health.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Current child abuse, criminal history, and FBI Fingerprint clearances.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for clients with schools through cross-collaboration with LEAs.
• Communicate with school districts about cases needing staff with specialized skills.
• Review online logs daily; upload documents and update client enrollment status.
• Provide orientation, training, and supervision to staff; assess development needs.
• Oversee delivery of direct care services outlined in students' IEPs.
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders to identify improvements.
• Monitor billing systems and ensure regulatory compliance across databases.
• Train staff in software applications (word processing, databases, spreadsheets).
• Prepare reports to districts, state, and federal agencies.
• Maintain HIPAA/FERPA compliance regarding student and staff data.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, or Mental Health, etc.
