Autumn Leaves Memory Care in Henderson, TX is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (CNA) to organize and manage staff schedules for our skilled nursing team. This full-time role supports daily operations, ensures adequate coverage for every shift, and coordinates with Human Resources on hires, changes, and orientation.

You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, an active Texas CNA license or compact license, CPR certification, and experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas CNA license in good standing or compact license.
• Experience in staffing coordination and long-term care preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and post daily and monthly staff schedules for all shifts.
• Maintain current nursing staff listings with phone numbers.
• Monitor tardiness and absenteeism calendars and update records.
• Coordinate with HR on hires, status changes, and terminations.
• Schedule floor orientation for new hires prior to shifts.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet resident needs per policy.
• Assist in on-call rotation and cover open shifts as needed.
• Build rapport with interdepartmental staff and physicians.
