If you are an experienced Staffing Coordinator CNA or CMA, we have the opportunity for you. As the Staffing Coordinator at The Plaza at Lubbock in Lubbock, TX you will serve as the primary contact for all staffing functions at the facility.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or CMA certification required.
• Experience in nursing home or geriatric care preferred.
• Scheduling experience required; UKG experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Staffing for all nursing personnel (RN, LVN, CMA, CNAs).
• Process applications for all positions.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with qualified applicants.
• Complete new hire reference checks and license verifications.
• Monitor census and adjust staffing accordingly.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Monitor attendance and state-m mandated in-services.
