Job summary

Hillside Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing across nursing and facility departments. You will respond to coverage requests promptly, monitor coverage levels, and collaborate with management to resolve scheduling conflicts.

Maintain staff availability and assist with onboarding while ensuring policy and state staffing compliance. Two or more years in administrative/clerical work with staffing experience are required; CNA or CMT certification is preferred

• CNA or CMT certification is preferred for this role.
